This is designed for entrepreneurs and start-up founders including individuals who self-identify. We provide entrepreneurs and founders with tools, resources, and strategies for individual empowerment and improvement. We will start by identifying your conflict management style and focus on the skills you need to build to become a better conflict manager. We support you in this by: 

  • Developing leadership skills,
  • Managing your team better,
  • Generating new ideas and perspectives,
  • Boosting business performance.

Organizational Consulting

$250 / Hour 

This is designed for nonprofit organizations. As organizational coaches, our goal is to assist nonprofits by providing new assessments, tools, resources, and strategies to improve overall culture and to promote organizational transformation. We do this by:

  • Fostering positive transformation,
  • And, systematic transformation.

Career Advising

$250 / Hour 

Leveraging our vast industry networks, understanding trends, and opportunities. We support individuals on their career path through the following phases: 

  • Boosting confidence and self-awareness,
  • Guiding the job hunting process,
  • Polishing interview/resume skills,
  • Attaining the career goals that the client has set.

Conflict Counseling

$250 / Hour 

In this one-on-one process, we can enhance your understanding of the conflict by working with us to develop new skills and strategies for interacting with the other party. Conflict coaching happens in five stages to help you unpack and prepare to address conflict confidently. We support you through the following stages:

  • Discovering the initial story of conflict,
  • Identify the perspectives,
  • Crafting the best outcome,
  • Enacting the plan, 
  • Follow up and closure.
